  1. This contest does not affect the final results of Anugerah Pelangi selected winning artists from all respective categories (except bmobile most voted artist awards).
  2. All winning artists from all respective categories (except bmobile most voted artist awards) in Anugerah Pelangi (actual event) are based upon the final decision of RTB only.
  3. This contest ends on 31 st October 2009, final hour before Anugerah Pelangi LIVE show commences.
  4. Winners of this contest will be notified using their provided contact details.
  5. Winners of this contest will alsbe announced via website and radistation.
  6. Winners of this contest will meet selected winning artists of Anugerah Pelangi. ‘Meet the Stars’ session details will be provided upon contact.
  7. Winners of this contest are based upon the final decision made by TelBru.
  8. All prizes won are non-transferrable, non-refundable and non exchangeable for cash, credit or benefit in-kind.
  9. TelBru shall not be liable for any losses or damages in contract and/or tort (be they direct, indirect, punitive, special, consequential or incidental), injuries, death and damage due tan act, omission or default of TelBru.
  10. TelBru shall not be liable for any delay, failure or omission in carrying out this contest in accordance with these terms or conditions or for any loss or damage suffered by the participants if such delay, failure, omission, loss or damage arises out of or in relation tany event which is beyond the reasonable control of TelBru.
  11. Each participant in this contest undertakes and agrees tindemnify and hold harmless TelBru at all times against all claims, losses and damages, howsoever arising which the participant may sustain.
  12. TelBru shall reserve the right talter these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Participation in this event constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and the alteration thereof.
  13. TelBru reserves the right at any time in its absolute, sole discretion tcancel or make changes tthis event.
